Should I get a morkie? Do morkies normally have higher vet bills?

I am thinking about getting a morkie. Do you think this is a good choice? Are morkies good dogs to get? I was researching and they say that sometimes they are not good to get and are bad dogs :/... is this true?? Also when I was looking them up it says that they can have higher vet bills than other dogs because normally they are bred from puppy mills and then live in poor environments at the pet store, and they are not normally bred my professional breeder, and normally are just money grabbers. Are they harder to train? I really want to get this dog but I'm not sure!! Also is it okay if the dog is home alone from 8:00am to 3:30pm?? Also if we go out to family friends for dinner will we have to "leave early to let the dog out"?? Cause I don't want this dog to tie me down. Is this breed kinda laid back or frisky and high maintenance? It's a boy and we would be buying him from pet world, is this a good place to buy dogs? Are they normally neutered there? If not how much would that probably cost? Please help and give anymore information you know about morkies or pet world and buying dogs there, and how the breed is.
