Could be all these other people riding him , and he may be getting confused if they ride differently. And they may have got him into some bad habits? Tell your mum you are concerned and ask if she could let her friends ride another horse. I have seen it happen with school horses, not all horses do it, some seem to be okay whoever rides them, but some are a 1 person horse.
