I have a 150 gal tank with 1 Diamond Jewel, 1 Victorian, 3 Peacocks, 1 Red Zebra, 1 Zebra/Lab, 1 Jewel, 1 Rust?

My question is with my 2 Jewels, both are displaying very bright vibrant colors. They have only been like this a day or so. Could this be a sign of aggression or "frisky business? I'm getting conflicting answers on other web searches.
