Is this a scam of somesort?

So i just checked my mail like usual. But today, i got an unusually-subjected message. The subject was "RE". Plain and simple. Just 2 words! And the name is as follows: "Chen GUangyuan", and the email address was "Mail@chen.com". I'm sure this is a Chinese phishing scam, because of 1. The name of the guy 2. The email address 3. The poorly-worded message. This is the message exactly: "I've a transaction to bring for you,reply for details". How should i reply, if at all? And how do i report it on an iPhone? Thanks!
