May have been scammed over Pandora charms?

I ordered some charms from pandoracollections.com for my pandora bracelet. they arrived today and arent the ones i ordered. they have come from china and the attached info says the items inside are worth $15. it also described them as 'headgear, clothes or shoes'. they don't screw on like my other charms but they have all the right markings to identify them. is it just a case that i have been sent the wrong charms? what can i do about this? im hesitant about returning them incase it is a scam and then im left with nothing
